Detailed, Accurate, and Guaranteed
Once the design direction is clear, we prepare a detailed project estimate and review it with you. Our estimates are built to clearly show the scope of work, the value of the project, and how the plan will come together. If revisions are needed, we work with you to adjust the design, scope, or materials so the project aligns with your goals.
Throughout the process, we provide regular status updates and communicate clearly about what is happening next. If changes come up during the project, we will always discuss them with you before moving forward.
For larger or more detailed projects, we can also use 3D design and Oculus Quest technology to help you visualize the finished outdoor space before it is built — giving you the chance to see the design, share your thoughts, and make decisions with confidence. Managed From Start to Finish
Once the design is approved, we move into the implementation phase. Every installation is supported by a dedicated Project Coordinator who will be your main point of contact from start to finish — organizing the schedule, ordering materials, communicating with the installation team, and keeping you updated throughout the project.
We use the communication platform that works best for you, whether that is phone, email, text, or Zoom. The goal is to make sure you always know what is happening, what decisions are needed, and how the project is progressing.
