Landscape Construction Foreman
Our Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for leading construction teams, managing site progress, and helping ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to Kalagan’s quality standards. Ideal for someone with strong landscape construction experience, equipment operation skills, and leadership ability.
- Oversee landscape construction teams
- Manage multiple project sites concurrently
- Review job scope and project details
- Manage and complete project checklists
- Complete daily foreman reports
- Minimum 5+ years of landscape construction experience
- Minimum 5+ years of equipment operation experience
Team Lead
Our Team Leads work closely with Project Managers to help plan, organize, and complete landscape construction projects. A strong fit for someone who enjoys leading crews, training team members, and staying organized on site.

- Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and complete projects
- Review project scope
- Oversee site preparation and materials installation

Equipment Operator Level 1 & 2
Our Equipment Operators play an important role in the success of our landscape construction projects — operating heavy machinery, supporting ground-level construction tasks, and helping prepare job sites for retaining walls, patios, excavation, grading, hardscaping, and softscaping work.
- Operate heavy machinery, including excavators and skid steers
- Work hands-on in ground-level construction tasks
- Collaborate with construction teams on all projects
- Oversee ground crew during site preparation
- Mechanical knowledge required
- Experience securing and towing trailers up to 25 feet
- Minimum 3+ years of landscape construction experience
- Minimum 5+ years of equipment operation experience
Landscape Construction Technician
Our Landscape Construction Technicians are hands-on crew members who help bring each project to life, including excavation support, hardscaping, softscaping, finishing work, and site cleanup. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and learning the trade.
- Work as a landscape construction crew team member
- Support excavation, hardscaping, softscaping, and finishing work
- Lift and move materials
- Rake, shovel, and assist with site preparation
- Complete job site cleanup

Shop Attendant
Our Shop Attendant helps keep Kalagan’s equipment, materials, trailers, and shop operations organized and ready for the field. Ideal for someone organized, hands-on, and mechanically inclined.
- Receive material deliveries
- Complete small equipment repairs and servicing
- Submit weekly material requisitions
- Supervise trailer loading and unloading
- Monitor safety equipment at the shop
- Support shop maintenance, including snow removal, painting, and repairs
- 4-day work week
