This is a popular choice for homeowners who want to upgrade from a freestanding barbecue without committing to a full kitchen footprint. It’s typically paired with an existing or newly built paver patio.
Full Outdoor Kitchen: $30,000–$60,000
This tier adds real functionality: a grill, a side burner, a sink, additional refrigeration, more storage, and enough counter space to actually prep and serve a meal outside. Many Kelowna clients in this range also add a bar overhang for stools, task and ambient outdoor lighting, and a shade structure or covered area over the cooking zone.
Premium Outdoor Kitchen: $60,000–$100,000+
Premium builds bring in a full bar with seating, multiple appliances (grill, pizza oven, smoker, warming drawer, ice maker, kegerator), upgraded natural stone or premium engineered countertops, and integrated features like a fireplace or fire table nearby.
