The Monashee project reimagined the rear yard as a dedicated outdoor living area — a paver patio designed for how the homeowners actually use the space, with clear circulation, defined gathering zones, and a finish that ties in with the architecture of the home.
Every element was planned with the property's slope and sightlines in mind, from paver layout and edge detail to grading and drainage below the surface.
